Meet two chef-authors and try their gnocchi

Chef Emma Hearst and Sarah Krathen, co-owners of northern-Italian inspired New York restaurant Sorella, will host a cooking demo and signing of their debut cookbook, Sorella: Recipes, Cocktails & True Stories from our New York Restaurant, on Thursday, 10/24 at 5 p.m. at Williams Sonoma at the Bellevue (Broad and Walnut Streets).

Sorella shares the story of how Emma and Sarah went from culinary school friends to young business partners, driven by a shared dream of opening a restaurant, and features over 100 recipes, including the famous Sorella Gnocchi that the pair will demo and serve at the book signing.
