One day only: Lobster rolls at Little Fish

With Little Fish owner Chadd Jenkins away, server Olga Liu will take over Jenkins' kitchen to make and sell the hot lobster rolls for $20 a throw (including potato salad). Also on the menu is peach cobbler ($5) and Arnold Palmers ($3).

Chadd Jenkins, chef/owner of Little Fish (746 S. Sixth St.), was booked for a wedding on Saturday, Sept. 6, so one of his servers came up with an idea.

Olga Liu's specialty is the hot lobster roll. She will take over Jenkins' kitchen to make and sell them for $20 a throw (including potato salad). Also on the menu is peach cobbler ($5) and Arnold Palmers ($3).

She'll be open from 11:30 a.m. till she sells out.
