One of the summer things at Bar Ferdinand in Northern Liberties is the outdoor paella-making.
On Saturday, June 28 and again on July 26 and Aug. 23 (at 7 p.m.), chef David Ansill will bring the kitchen outdoors and offer an al fresco paella cooking class.
The event includes a selection of tapas appetizers and the paella.
Ech guest will also receive a starter kit that includes Calasparra rice, chorizo and paella stock.
The cost is $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Rain date for the first one is Saturday, July 12.
