LCB opening state store at former Tastykake site

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will grand-open a Fine Wine & Good Spirits at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, at Bakers Centre (3413 Fox St., the former Tasty Baking plant).

Board chairman Joseph E. "Skip" Brion and member Tim Holden will be there for the ribbon-cutting.

Wine and cocktail tastings will be held for those 21 and older. Hors d'oeuvres will be served, courtesy of ShopRite of Fox Street next door.
