Jennifer Carroll and Marcus Samuelsson are coming to cook in Philadelphia.

First Person Arts will import two Philly culinary veterans for a dinner on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

Marcus Samuelsson, star of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters and ABC’s The Taste, who spent time here at the former Washington Square restaurant (where Talula's Garden is now), will be joined in Le Meridien's kitchen by Philly native and Top Chef alumna Jennifer Carroll.

Samuelson's dinner will come from the pages of Marcus Off Duty - relaxed dishes that he serves in his own home for his wife and friends. Samuelsson - born in Ethiopia, raised in Sweden and made famous in the U.S. - will sign cookbooks, too.

Carroll, by the way, has been working for him.

VIP reception starts at 6 p.m. and dinner commences at 7 at Le Meridien, 1421 Arch St. VIP tickets are $180; dinner is $150.
