Have lunch with a forager

Tama Matsuoka Wong, whose book with Eddy Leroux Foraged Flavor: Finding Fabulous Ingredients in Your Backyard or Farmer’s Market was a 2013 James Beard Award nominee, will lead a foraging trip and luncheon at Terrain in Glen Mills on June 22.

Starts at 10 a.m. The trip and lunch ($80 per person) is limited to 23 guests, and the lunch only ($30) - which will be prepared with the foraged food - is limited to 45 guests.
