Old City's Cuba Libre is doling out complimentary Cuba Libre cocktails (rum and Coke) during happy hour throughout the days leading up to Fidel Castro's funeral on Dec. 4.
Guests must mention "Viva Cuba" to the bartender during happy hour (5 to 7 p.m.). It's limited to one per person. The happy hour includes discounted empanadas, ceviche, and other tapas items.
Restaurant reps say they're encouraging guests to engage in political discussion and discourse.
