Cuba Libre will go Filipino on the evening of Monday, Nov. 25.

Executive chef Jasper Alivia and food writer Drew Lazor, both of Flipino descent, are hosting a Filipino pop-up dinner to benefit those affected by Typhoon Haiyan.

The $35, four-course dinner of modern Filipino fare starts at 5 p.m. at Cuba Libre's Old City location (10 S. Second St., 215-627-0666). One-hundred percent of profits will be donated to the American Red Cross, organizers say.

Menu items will include: Pulutan, small bites for the table to share; Sabaw, oxtail and vegetable soup; Ulam, the main entrée, with pork, chicken and fish dishes available; and Minatamis, dessert selections of a key lime tartlet or peanut brittle.
