"Any food that can take you 'home' with just one bite is pretty special," writes Christina Verrelli of Devon, trhe food blogger and 2012 Pillsbury Bake-Off contest winner.

"Everyone has their comfort food. Some of us have many. One of mine is Cincinnati chili."

Verrelli's family hails from both sides of the Ohio River, where budget-conscious cooks have been serving chili over spaghetti for generations.

Tina gets into the dish's roots, and presents a recipe worthy of your Super Bowl party here.
