Bank and Bourbon (1200 Market St.) hit the restaurant scene in April of 2014. Now, it’s time to celebrate the food and drink spot’s first year.
On Tuesday, April 28 celebrate the restaurant’s birthday with Bourbon Bash. From 6 to 9 p.m., guests can experience executive chef Thomas Harkins’ ‘best of’ menu featuring customer favorites including appetizers, main courses and desserts.
The menu for the evening includes:
Herb-roasted Skuna salmon – creamed fava beans and morel mushrooms
Crisp pork belly – citric fennel and Serrano chili
28-day dry-aged cowboy steak station – local mushrooms
Grilled Duroc pork chop station – fresh peas with tarragon butter
Fresh shucked oyster station – minuet sauce
Ahi tuna station – spicy carrot and lime
Bourbon pairings will be available at each station.

Tickets for the dinner are $49 and benefit DonorsChoose.org, an online charity that helps teachers receive the school supplies they need to further enhance the classroom.
