On Friday, Dec. 14 from 3 to 4 p.m., catch chef Walter Staib at the Acme at 3590 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square for a meet and greet and cooking discussion.
Staib, the Emmy-winning host of the cooking show “A Taste of History,” has opened more than 650 restaurants, including the City Tavern (138 S. Second St.), and has served as the culinary ambassador to Dietz & Watson for many years.
“A Taste of History,” sponsored by Dietz & Watson, is in its third season on PBS.
Staib will sign autographs, pose for pictures, and hand out wraps.
