Holy majoli! This kid can belt it.

A 14-year-old YouTube sensation from the southern Philippines has captivated millions of eager listeners around the world - including Ellen DeGeneres, who on Thursday invited Aldrich Lloyd Talonding to the United States to sing on her show.

In the video, which was posted for fun by his cousin on April 21, Talonding sings his heart out to Luther Vandross' "Dance with my Father." The clip has since received nearly 1.2 million hits. Degeneres was so moved by it that she played the video on her show, asking the boy to "please come here and sing to me and all of my friends here."

The Associated Press reports Aldrich, the son of Christian ministers in a quite community in General Santos city, is applying for a U.S. visa. The current high school student and church choir singer told the media outlet, "I was surprised because the video was made just for fun."

Watch it and weep. It's that beautiful.
