Video: Notorious rhubarb poacher strikes Conan

What’s all this hubbub about rhubarb?

Well, last week a strange video from Iowa went viral. A woman was questioned while diligently harvesting rhubarb from a plant that had grown beyond its yard. She objected to the interruption. Vociferously. And profanely. And then she got really mad.

If you didn’t see the original, here’s a link.

Of course, you could save yourself time and just watch the spoof that aired on Conan last night. Because Andy Richter absolutely kills it as the Rhubarb Lady, a character who might be described as an unholy marriage of Susan Boyle and Cartman from South Park.

Bravo, Andy. I smell Emmy. Or is that rhubarb?
