Savannah Guthrie had an excellent Mother's Day weekend.

The Today show co-host, 41, announced Monday morning on the program that she and her boyfriend of four years, political consultant Michael "Mike" Feldman, 44, are engaged. Guthrie shared the big news right after she had interviewed Philly favorite Bradley Cooper. "We've been dating for four years so no one can accuse us of rushing into things," she joked. Al Roker Instagrammed and tweeted a photo of Cooper congratulating Guthrie with a bouquet of long-stem red roses.

Co-host Matt Lauer also congratulated the couple and added that Feldman is "great guy." He tweeted this photo of Guthrie grinning and holding up her sparkling diamond ring.

Guthrie was married from 2005-2009 to BBC News' Mark Orchard. Feldman is a former aide to Al Gore.

"I'm really happy, we're real excited," gushed Guthrie.
