Ryan Lochte in Funny or Die video

Sick of the Olympics? I’m nearly there myself, although I am looking forward to the musical talent at the closing ceremonies. The Pet Shop Boys, the Spice Girls, One Direction, Adele, Pink Floyd, George Michael, and rumors of the Stones, Elton John, the Who, Muse and more. Has anyone seen Dexy’s Midnight Runners?

But I can’t resist bringing you one more Olympic themed video, this one comedic in which U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte makes his acting debut.

‘ere you go, guvnor. Enjoy.

Come on, admit it. Until Simon Pegg unmasked him, you didn’t recognize Patrick Stewart as the cockney ticket tout. And wasn’t Maisie Williams from Game of Thrones wonderful as the little Oliver Twist alley cat? Hard to believe they took Ryan’s credential and left those sneakers behind. Those could fetch a pretty penny on E Bay.
