Marlton boy to be named a ‘Harvey’s Hero’ on ‘Steve Harvey’ Thursday

A 7-year-old boy from Marlton, New Jersey, will be honored as a “Harvey’s Hero” on an episode of the Steve Harvey Show airing Thursday, April 20.

Marlton’s Rocco Regalbuto saved his mother, Danielle Regalbuto, after she began having trouble breathing one day. Rocco’s mom had been sick with bronchitis and a sinus infection for several weeks. She took a spill while trying to catch her breath. Rocco called 911, and helped paramedics enter the family’s home when they arrived, according to a release.

Rocco’s “Harvey’s Hero” award will afford the youngster and his family a weekend getaway to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA in Virginia. The episode featuring the Regalbutos' story airs Thursday at 2 p.m. on NBC10.

Rocco and his family are the latest are folks to be featured on the Steve Harvey Show: viral Atlantic City samaritan Ibn Ali Miller (who was also honored as a "Harvey's Hero" during his appearance) and local philanthropist Nehemiah Davis  appeared on the show, while young Philly boxers the Grandy Twins appeared alongside Harvey on NBC's Little Big Shots
