Pop star Demi Lovato is set to appear on not one Fox show this fall - but two!

Glee has enlisted the artist for a recurring role in season five, TV Line reports. The singer will star as Dani, a struggling artist who befriends Rachel and Santana.

Lovato is currently a judge for Simon Cowell's X Factor.

This is the former Disney Channel star's first major acting stint since the end of her show Sonny With a Chance.

Glee is slated to return Sept. 26. The show, which lost one of its lead members in July, will air a tribute episode to Cory Monteith on Oct. 10.
