It's only Monday and Yasiin Bey has already secured the Internet's prize for Most Disturbing Video of the Week. Better known as Mos Def, Bey is an actor and rapper who participated in an exercise meant to bring awareness to the ongoing procedures being used at Guantanamo Bay to feed prisoners who are on hunger strike. There are currently 120 prisoners at Gitmo who are on hunger strikes and 44 of those prisoners are being force fed.

WARNING: You might find the video disturbing. It shows Mos Def being chained up and stapped down to a chair as someone shoves a tube up his nose to force feed him.

SPOILER ALERT: It's not pretty.
