The Dolphin Tavern in South Philadelphia reopened their doors on March 20 after coming under new management last year. Sean Agnew from R5 Productions, Dave P from Making TIme, Psydde Delicious from Delicious Boutique and Avram Hornik and Mark Fichera from Four Corners Management partnered together to bring new life to the old bar with the same look but slightly different vibe.
There will be DJ nights from local and touring artists, as well as different kinds of evemts. Judging by the partners other endeavors like Morgan's Pier and Union Transfer, The Dolphin Tavern will surely be a hit.
The Dolphin Tavern is located at 1539 S. Broad St. and more information can be found at thedolphinphilly.com
Ummm...is it even worth mentioning that the Dolphin was a strip joint? Will there still be exotic dancers? And will these dancers be women other than the effete female hipsters shown in the photos (pictured alongside the twentynothing male hipsters drinking PBR, natch). J H
