Go Skateboarding Day at Paine's Park with Riff Raff and Trash Talk

Yesterday skateboarders around world celebrated "Go Skateboarding Day," a day dedicated to the sport of skatebaording.

Hundreds of Philadelphia skateboarders passed the day at the recently built Paine's Park with an Adidas pro skate team demo, a Zumiez sponsored concert featuring Riff Raff and Trash Talk, and a best trick contest for locals.

"This place is really cool especially since it's in the city," said Trash Talk lead singer Lee Spielman talking about Paine's Park. "There aren't too many places like this. And it's cool for the city to allow a show like this. Back where I'm from they only allowed the Deftones to play."
