Brazilian DJ-duo Selvagem will play Medusa Lounge in Philadelphia.

On Saturday, August 3, Hurrah presents the Philadelphia debut of Brazilian DJs Selvagem.

Selvagem's Beats in Space radio mix is a delicious sample of the dance floor chaos these DJs have been leaving as their mark on dance floors across the globe.

Selvagem is Portuguese for "Wild." Selvagem is both the name of the DJ duo Millos Kaiser & Trepanado as well as the name of their amazing monthly party in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It’s a monthly sunset event which has hosted DJs such as Optimo's Twitch, Eric Duncan, Justin Strauss, and Horse Meat Disco's Severino.

Their recent Beats In Space mix is all crazy Brazilian records ranging anywhere from disco to funk, psychedelic, post-punk, electro and beyond–including many of their own edits.

Salvagem's DJ sets have blown away dance floors all over the world, and it is finally time to catch them in Philadelphia. Residents Shawn Ryan and Brian Cassidy will also be in the mix.

Medusa Lounge, 27 S. 21st St.
10 pm – 2 am, Free before 11 and $5 after, 21+
