This summer, a few major music stars will lend a hand as part of Ocean City’s 63rd annual Night in Venice boat parade.
O-Town and Ryan Cabrera will perform on at 8 p.m. on July 21, the first night of Night in Venice, at Ocean City Music Pier. Disco icon Gloria Gaynor will perform with the Ocean City Pops at 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 23 at Music Pier to close the weekend.
Tickets for the gigs are currently on sale online. The O-Town/Cabrera date runs $30 each, and Gaynor’s performance costs $30 to $35. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Ocean City City Hall Welcome Center and the Roy Gillian Welcome Center on Route 52, or by phone at 609-399-6111.
Meet-and-greet passes for the O-Town/Cabrera show are also available at $15 each. That event will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 22.
The boat parade itself will take place at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, and features an optional “Rockin’ Through the Decades” theme. According to a release, the theme is a celebration of “music, fashion, and culture on the rolling waters of the bay.” Stars will participate in the race, the release adds.
