At this year's Billboard Music Awards, the morning-after buzz wasn't about the live music or the award winners; it was about the multiple cringe-worthy moments. Justin Bieber got booed, Madonna was an a-hole and the list goes on.

One incident, in particular, involved R&B sensation Miguel. During the singer's performance, he made an irresponsible and unrehearsed leap across a section of the crowd and crashed into two unsuspecting fans, slamming their heads onto the stage. If you dare, see the video below for reference.

Although multiple sources claimed that the girls were okay, and that Miguel apologized to one girl backstage, it was all too clean of an ending.

TMZ reports that a lawyer for victim Khyati Shah is claming that Miguel's on-stage stunt caused significant brain damage.

"Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury," said Vip Bhola, Khyati Shah's lawyer. Nothing has been reported concerning the second victim.
