Madonna to open U.S. tour in Philadelphia in August

Madonna - you know, the 1980s and '90s pop superstar who got upstaged at her own Super Bowl party by M.I.A.'s middle finger - will open her U.S. tour in Philadelphia at the Wells Fargo Center on August 28.

Madonna - you know, the 1980s and '90s pop superstar who got upstaged at her own Super Bowl party by M.I.A.'s middle finger on Sunday - will open her U.S. tour in Philadelphia at the Wells Fargo Center on August 28. She'll also play Yankee Stadium in New York on September 6 and Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on September 15. 

Before she makes it to the U.S., Madonna - whose new album MDNA comes out March 26, will play a series of arena and stadium dates in the Middle East and Europe, begining with a show in Tel Aviv, Israel on May 29.

Tickets for the Philadelphia date go on sale next Monday February 13 at 10 a.m. through ComcastTix.com. For your re-viewing purposes, the Super Bowl halftime show is below.
