If you didn't know by now, Kanye West's sixth studio album, Yeezus, was released today.
It's much darker and different than his previous releases, but still brilliant in its own right. The record leaked on Friday afternoon; which gave fans an early chance to listen to the words of Yeezy.
And of course, there's already a mixtape of every sample featured on the new record. Babylon Cartel's Gianni Lee, a Temple grad, and Mike Blud did the dirty work for all of us and dissected the record into several different songs used to present Yeezus: The Samples. Some of the artists included are Nina Simone, Pusha T, TNGHT and more.
Not all of the songs they include on the mixtape are actually used as samples. Like Marylin Manson's "The Beatiful People," which is not listed in the album's credits–I went out and bought the CD at lunch.
