Kid Kudi must have taken a page from the Bible of Beyoncé because the Chicago rapper suddenly dropped a brand new album, Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon, on the iTunes store Monday night.

The album is mostly comprised of vibey instrumentals and is a nice introduction to Kudi’s 2015-planned release, Man on the Moon III. The musician told MTV that this new album was a “total surprise” and it just ended up going so well together that he decided to put it out as a full record. In the past he had hinted at the release but never gave a set date. Surprise!
