Hooray for the ladies!

Forbes published their annual list of Most Powerful Musicians and we’re happy to see that females are ruling the first four slots.

Lady Gaga took the number one spot with Beyoncé, Madonna and Taylor Swift following right behind. Bon Jovi and Justin Bieber took a backseat to these leading ladies falling in at the number five and six spots.

Despite Gaga laying low in 2013, and cutting her tour short, she’s managed to earn $80 million between June of last year and this year. Her social presence was also factored into their decision. Gaga racked up 38 million twitter followers and 58 million fans on Facebook.
