Today is Warped Tour, no moshing allowed!

Some of my best memories ever involved getting packed into a car with my friends and heading to the Susquehanna Bank Center to see our favorite bands at Warped Tour.

This year, Warped Tour is back for its 18th year in a row. The music fest is packed with the hottest alternative music acts, loads of merch and activities, plenty of places to chill, cool off (yes, a slip and slide) and get your grub on.

Oh, and one more thing: no moshing. Yeah, I know, it’s crazy! Consequence of Sound’s Rock it Out blog posted a video stating their absolute rage on the matter. Why? Well, parents are upset and concerned about their child’s safety while attending the festival. It actually isn't that much of a surprise seeing that Warped Tour has always attracted a younger crowd. They've even got a parents-only hangout tent for those lucky enough to be chaperoning for the day. As a result, bands have apparently all signed agreements stating that they cannot tell audience members to mosh because of insurance reasons. Oh well, Warped Tour has gotten a little soft over the years.

This year's lineup includes: 3OH!3, Action Item, Alcoa (Derek of Defeater), Allstar Weekend, Alvarez Kings, Anarbor, Architects, Art of Shock, August Burns Red, Austin Lucas, Bad Case of Big Mouth, Bangups, Beebs and Her Monkey Makers. Big Chocolate. Big D and the Kids Table, Billy the Kid, Black Veil Brides, blessthefall, Brian Marquis, Bring Me The Horizon, Chiodos, Citizen, Craig Owens, Crizzly, Crossfaith, Crown the Empire, Defeater, Driver Friendly, Echosmith, Five Knives, For the Foxes, Forever came Calling, Forever the Sickest Kids, Gin Wigmore, Go Radio, Goldhouse, Handguns, Hands Like Houses, Hawthorne Heights, I Can Make A Mess (Ace Enders from The Early November), I See Stars, Kairo Kingdom, letlive., Like Moths To Flames, Lionz of Zion, Mac Lethal, Madchild, man Overboard, MC Lars, Memphis May Fire, Middle Finger Salute, Mighty Mongo, Motion City Soundtrack, Never Shout Never, New Beat Fund, New years Day, No Bragging Rights, Oh, Sleeper, Outasight, Poor Young Things, RDGLDGRN,Reel Big Fish, Run DMT, Secrets, Set It off, Shy Kidx, Silverstein, Sleeping With Sirens, Stephan Jacobs, Stick To Your Guns, Story of the Year, Strawberry Blondes, The American Scene, The Amity Affliction, The Black Dahlia Murder, The Chariot, The Cleopatra Complex, The Early November, The Story So Far, The Summer Set, The Swellers, The Tower and The Fool, The Used, The Wonder Years, TheCityShakeUp, Tonight Alive, Travis Alexander (Ghost Thrower), Upon A Burning Body, Vinnie Caruana, Volumes, Wallpaper., We Came As Romans, While She Sleeps, William Beckett, Woe Is Me and Young London.
