The 66-year-old British singer is making a comeback this September with the release of his latest album, The Diving Board. No specific day has been confirmed.

This will be Elton John’s first solo studio album since The Captain and the Kid in 2006. There is still no word on whether the release will coincide with a tour; but we're assuming that announcement isn’t too far off.

Take a look at the trailer for his forthcoming album which features the lead single “Home Again" and John speaking about the direction for his new music.
