During this weekend’s broadcast of Saturday Night Live, the show revealed that Drake would be playing host and live musical guest for their January 18 airing. I guess they caught wind of his flawless cameo in Anchorman 2.

The last time the rapper made an appearance on the show, Anna Faris was the host while he was the musical guest back in October 2011. Drake will be supporting his latest album, Nothing Was the Same, which topped many ‘best’ end of the year lists.

Watch a clip from his 2011 performance below, with Nicki Minaj.
