As we all know by now, The Roots have been involved with July 4th celebrations on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway for several years now.

Every year at least one member of the band get involved with some sort of pre-party celebration the day before their Wawa Welcome America celebration. This year will be a special one.

D'Angelo, who played the inaugural Budweiser Made In America Festival last year, will join the one and only Questlove at the Theater of Living Arts for a late night show. The event kicks off at 11 pm on Wednesday, July 3.
