VIDEO: Nicole Kidman as Grace Kelly in new 'Grace of Monaco' trailer

Well, we might not have a release date for the Grace Kelly biopic, Grace of Monaco, here in the US, but what we do have is a UK trailer—and a fiery one at that. If that won’t suffice, though, you’ll have to get to Cannes or the UK when it comes out overseas in June 6.

Nicole Kidman’s portrayal of Kelly during her time as wife to Monaco’s Prince Rainier III is on show, with the starlet longing for Hollywood as the prince objects. She’s despondent in the trailer, pining for home and crying, a voiceover saying “Everything I do or say is wrong.”

“I don’t know how I’m going to keep living with him. I don’t know how I’m going to spend the rest of my life in this place where I can’t be me. And who is that?” Kidman says at one point.

Grace of Monaco was pulled from the Weinstein Company’s release calendar in January, with reports of a rift between director Olivier Dahan and Harvey Weinstein informing the schedule change. Dahan evidently believes the film isn’t yet finished, and Weinstein—being a businessman—disagrees.

Either way, though, that doesn’t really change anything for us, seeing as it probably will be available online before the mess gets sorted out. Until then, watch the trailer above.
