Marvel Studios debuts ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ trailer, Chris Pratt’s abs

If you hadn’t been excited about the upcoming Marvel Studios latest franchise, Guardians of the Galaxy, you will be soon. After all, between the talking raccoon, a snarky, interstellar John C. Riley, and Chris Pratt’s abs, there’s something for everyone.

Pratt, in fact, helped in the premiere of the Guardians trailer on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night, joking that the Guardians themselves are “brought together to win a baseball game” using “a trick play.” Movie buffs will recognize that as the plot to Bad News Bears, which, while good, lacks the hyper-intelligent raccoon, etcetera, mentioned above.

Besides Pratt, though, we can look forward to everyone from Bradley Cooper to Benicio Del Toro and Zoe Saldana in this one. For all intents and purposes, this is more or less going to be the movie to beat this spring.

Guardians is set for an April 4 release. Until then, feel free to put the trailer on repeat:
