Justin Bieber was briefly involved in an alleged hit and run Monday night.

TMZ posted a video of the pop star, also the subject of numerous complaints involving his reckless driving behavior in recent months, leaving in his white Ferrari at 11:45 p.m. on Monday evening. In it, the 19-year-old motions for paparazzo to clear the way, but as he drives off, it appears as if a photographer gets pinned between Bieber's car and a parked vehicle. The video shows the photographer falling to the ground and gripping his knee. The pop star then drives off.

According to CBS' KCAL the LAPD did want to speak to Bieber early Tuesday morning involving an accident that had occurred Monday evening. Authorities cleared Bieber of any wrongdoing Tuesday.

The Associated Press reports a rep confirmed that the singer hit a pedestrian with his car, but there was no crime involved and the injuries incurred were non life-threatening.

Bieber, however, is still under investigation for an altercation involving a neighbor in March. Rest assured, other neighbor Keyshawn Johnson is still watching the troubled star.
