A woman is suing Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, his bodyguard and Premier Luxury Rentals in the Court of Common Pleas.

The plaintiff, who goes by the name "Mary Roe" in the suit, claims on Dec. 18, 2012, McCoy's publicist invited her along with 14 other women to a party at a New York City nightclub, transported by a Premier Luxury Rentals party bus.

The complaint states McCoy allegedly started spraying guests with water. When Mary Roe protested, McCoy instructed his bodyguard, "Big John," to "get her."

"Big John and/or McCoy then struck plaintiff in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, physically restrained her while she was lying on the ground, poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes, and body, and forcibly dragged and pushed her," according to the complaint. "McCoy ordered the driver to stop on the side of the highway, and after the driver did so, both Big John and McCoy then forcibly ejected plaintiff from the bus."

When others on the bus complained, McCoy allegedly brought her back on the bus, but left her at a rest stop on the NJ Turnpike after she called the cops.

She reported the assault to the New Jersey police and had to take two trains back to Philadelphia.

The plaintiff is seeking damages of more than $50,000 for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. Roe claims she suffered head trauma, spinal disc protrusion, sprains, contusions and bruises and severe shock.

“The allegations against LeSean McCoy are completely, unequivocally false," a rep for LeSean McCoy said in a statement. "There are no criminal charges pending and no probable cause was ever found. This is sadly an attempt to extract money and LeSean will vigorously defend any attempt to collect money through a personal injury claim."

The plaintiff's attorney, nor the Eagles immediately returned calls for comment but I will update you if I hear anything.

A rep for Premier Luxury Rentals said they were not able to comment.

McCoy doesn't have the best reputation with the ladies, recently getting into a skirmish on Twitter with the mother of one of his children.
