Now we can all breath a sigh of relief. Miley Cyrus nor Kimye was named Barbara Walters’ #1 most fascinating person(s) of the year. While they still made the list, Hillary Clinton was crowned the queen during Wednesday night’s ABC News special.

Barbara’s 10 Most Fascinating program was birthed at the beginning of the Clinton-era, and as she stated at the beginning of a clip, “we might be at the dawn of another.”

It did come as a bit of a surprise since Clinton, nor her husband, are currently in public office. But the political chit-chatter has hinted that the former Secretary of State, and First Lady, might run for the White House in 2016. But what does the woman of the year have to say about that?

"It's such a difficult decision, and it's one that I'm not going to rush into ... and I don't think we should be looking at the next election," Clinton said. "I think we should be looking at the work that we have today. Our unemployment rate is too high. We have people getting kicked off food stamps who are in terrible economic straits. Small business is not getting credit, I could go on and on, so I think we ought to pay attention to what's happening right now."

"I haven't made up my mind," Clinton told Walters in the ABC News special 'Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013.'

" I will look carefully at what I think I can do and make that decision sometime next year."

This was Walters’ final installment of 10 Most Fascinating. Back in 1993, 20 years ago when the program debuted, Hillary was atop of Barbara’s list of choices.

Here is the full list of 2013’s most fascinating people:

1. Hillary Clinton
2. Pope Francis
3. Miley Cyrus
4. Kanye West
5. Kim Kardashian
6. The cast of Duck Dynasty
7. Prince George, son of Prince William and Kate
