A former Real Housewives star is taking legal action against her boyfriend. Camille Grammer is claiming that her long-time beu, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, attacked and beat her in a Houston hotel room earlier this month, where she was recovering from a surgery. E! obtained court documents that say a fight began between the couple after a woman called and texted Dimitri repeatedly late in the evening. Things got really heated.

TMZ has the legal documents showing written accusations of him grabbing her by the hair, holding her nose to restrict breathing, throwing her into a headboard and threats to smash her head.

Camille, who is the ex-wife of actor Kelsey Grammer, is getting a temporary restraining order against Charalambopoulos that keeps her and her children safe from him within 100 yards. The two began dating in 2011.
