Chris Brown diagnosed with PTSD and Bipolar Disorder

Chris Brown has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, severe insomnia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. That's why he has had such anger issues, according to new court docs. Brown was in court today for a progress hearing in the Rihanna beating case. Documents were filed by the facility where the singer just completed 90 days of anger management therapy.

The singer was ordered by a California judge to stay in rehab for another two months. His next hearing is scheduled for April 23rd, after he appears in a Washington D.C. court on misdemeanor assault charges.
