Even the President of the United States isn't safe from Amanda Bynes' public decrees of ugliness.

In a new low for Bynes- so unsettling that Politico got involved Monday afternoon- the troubled 27-year-old star took to her Twitter and wrote, "Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are ugly!" The former Nickelodeon star is notorious for remarking on celebrities' physical appearances, with the word "ugly" constantly hovering over her tongue and tweets.

The actress, who has over 2.7 million followers on the social media site, has used the network to hurl insults at stars like Drake, Rihanna and Jenny McCarthy. Bynes' running list of targets is so extensive that we actually have a gallery of celebrity victims.

This isn't the star's first time engaging on the social media site with Obama: Bynes reached out to the President for help last year after she was arrested for drunk driving. “Please fire the cop who arrested me," she wrote. "I also don't hit and run. The end," she tweeted at @BarackObama. One-sided as that conversation turned out to be.

No word yet on how this will affect Bynes' record deal. We are, however, still reeling from that time she chased a man around the lobby of Revel wearing a disheveled wig and demanding he hand over his iPhone. Oh, the imagery!
