'Jersey Shore' star sentenced to anger management

Reality TV star Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino has been ordered to attend 12 weeks of anger management for assaulting his brother.

Sorrentino was arrested last month following an altercation at the Boca Tanning Club in New Jersey.

He was charged with simple assault and released on $500 bail after the fight.

On Monday, the former Jersey Shore star accepted a plea deal involving anger management and the judge also ruled that if he completed the program successfully, the assault charge would be dropped to disorderly conduct, according to TMZ.com.
