Country star Brad Paisley landed a very special ride to a Sunday gig in Afghanistan - he traveled with President Barack Obama on Air Force One.

Country star Brad Paisley landed a very special ride to a Sunday gig in Afghanistan - he traveled with President Barack Obama on Air Force One.

Obama made an unscheduled Memorial Day weekend trip to Bagram Air Field to meet with military commanders and visit wounded soldiers, and he invited Paisley to join him. The Celebrity singer performed for 32,000 American service members currently serving in Afghanistan before the President delivered a special address.

Paisley was sworn to secrecy about the gig - event top-level security advisers had no idea Obama was making the overnight trip to Afghanistan.
