South African-born stunner Charlize Theron has adopted a baby boy!
"She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson,” her rep says in a statement.
This is the first child for Theron, 36, who won an Oscar for 2003’s Monster.
The actor, who became a naturalized U.S. citizen in May 2007, is apparently unattached – her last longtime relationship, a nine-year courtship with Irish thesp Stuart Townsend, 39, which had the two collaborate on the 2008 political issue film, Battle In Seattle, ended in 2010.
