Quentin Stoltzfus formerly fronted Mazarin, the psych-rock Philly buzz band of the mid-00's that never made another record after 2005's We're Already There. After a lengthy hiatus, Stoltzfus returned this summer with a self-titled album as Light Heat, working with members of the Walkmen and not missing a beat when it comes to making music that flutters and chimes in a manner that's sure to sound quite fetching along the banks of the Delaware tonight when Light Heats tops a triple bill at the Race Street Pier.
