This time out, we chat with M. Lee Meinecke, president of Philly Compost, who handled the composting of the huge amount of food waste generated on a movie set. On most sets that will just wind up in the trash, but in keeping with the film's mission to do the greenest shoot ever, Meinecke and her organization got involved.
