Lead in children's shirts? Really?

One of the best ways to recycle, and one most of us have probably participated in, is to donate your old clothes to a re-sale shop and let someone else buy them at discount and enjoy them for a while. But thanks to a new federal law that's about to go into effect in less than a month, the children’s re-sale market is in jeopardy – which means our very wallets are in jeopardy.
