Dear Mr. Pitts, I listen to your interview with Brian Lehrer yesterday and you have not idea how the experience has changed me in 24 hours. Here's the list of "events": 1) I was finishing reading Paul Young's "The Shack". If you have not read it. Please do. 2) Your relationship with your dad is similar to mine. The combination of the book and your discussion on the radio was just, for me, electrifying and overwhelming at the same time. 3) I was planning to eventually send you an e-mail with a "wish you well" message so I Googled your e-mail (first time I do something like this), and the first link was this "Live Chat" that will start in exactly an hour. It is just too much coincidence. That is why I am finding myself just typing this message. So, I guess the bottom line is that I was moved by not only your message but the combination and connection I was able to make between your life story, my own and the book I was finishing yesterday. For the record I finished the book just last night. Thank you for connecting the dots for me. Regards, Victor Zamora

About Jenice Armstrong
What’s up, everyone? Welcome. Let's discuss whatever's on our minds - pop culture, relationships, politics, even the latest fashion trend. If you read my Daily News column, you know I like to mix it up: One day, it's the state of hip hop and the next, the latest political race. Also, it's always fun to try to figure out the opposite sex and check the latest trends. It’s all about learning from each other, exchanging ideas and hopefully making some changes for the better. Nothing is off limits - just keep it clean and civil.
