OAKLAND -- The Eagles have announced their inactives today, and though safety Patrick Chung is active, rookie Earl Wolff will start in his place. Chung had been questionable with a shoulder injury.

The rest of the list is pretty much what you'd expect -- tackles Dennis Kelly and Matt Tobin, QB Michael Vick, RB Matthew Tucker, LB Jake Knott, WR B.J. Cunningham.

Emmanuel Acho is up for Knott (hamstring) for the second week in a row. Fellow special teamer Casey Matthews is playing with a hip injury.

Wollf's start will be his fifth in the last six games.
