Michael Vick signed his second endorsement deal since returning to the NFL earlier this week, agreeing to a contract with Lutte Licensing Group LLC, owners of Core Synergy, a titanium-infused band of wristbands. Vick wore the wristbands during the season.
In January, he signed a deal with Unequal Technologies, of Kennett Square, to serve as a spokesman for football equipment, including thigh pads that he wore last season.
In each case, Vick signed with a brand largely trying to attract customers from among football players and fans. He has yet to attain the status he once had as a more mainstream pitchman.
“He’s polarizing, definitely. He moves the needle,” Michael DiSabato, the CEO of Lutte, told Columbus Business First. “There are people out there who may not have good things to say about him. I tend to think he deserves a second chance.”
DiSabata would not reveal terms of Vick's deal but said it was for 3 years.
“From a pure athlete standpoint, (Vick’s) one of the greatest to ever put on an NFL uniform,” said Michael DiSabato, CEO of Columbus-based Lutte Licensing Group LLC, owners of Core Synergy. “He’s willing to do anything and everything he can do to win the game.”
Packers linebacker A.J. Hawk and Pittsbrugh center Maurkice Pouncey also are endorsing the products.
The company is developing a Vick-branded wristband that will go on sale this spring and said a portion of the proceeds of which will go toward USA Football, the youth football partner of the NFL.

The Eagles have hired Kory David to a coaches assistant position.
David, who interned with the Eagles during training camp under the Bill Walsh Minority Coaches Fellowship program, had been the linebackers coach at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa.
David described the position as a "mentoring position." "My supervisors are the defensive coordinator, the offensive coordinator and the special teams coordinator and head coach Andy Reid is my boss," he told the Watertown Daily Times in upstate New York. "I'm going into work every day and I'm like a sponge, absorbing as much as I can."
David, who played linebacker at SUNY Cortland, worked with the defensive backs and linebackers at Eagles camp and caught the eye of the coaching staff.
"It was a great experience but I had no idea that the Eagles would be getting back to me so quickly. They called to see if I could come down for an interview on Monday (March 7) and before I left, they offered me the job," David said. "Coach Reid was doing the interview and I asked him what it was that I did during my internship that they noticed the most. He told me that coaching is a grind. You wake up, work all day, then get up the next day and do it all over again. And that's just what I did the whole time I was there."
"It's definitely a big jump. It's almost unheard of that someone goes from Division III college football to the NFL," he added. "It's just an honor to have the Eagles reach out to me and give me this job."

another top level coach like juan castillo i suppose. Is reid trying to tank the season to improve our draft spot for 2012? Vick is not a NFL QB, castillo is a o-line coach that is now our d-coord and then this guy.....well good luck to him maybe he has what it takes. Atlas- @Atlas another non-football, non Eagle fan posting ignorant comments. So they are paying Vick 20 million because he is what? You haters just have to say something even though it does not make any sense. Keep on hating you are probably Wolf4 brother, so I guess Kolb is a NFL qb LOL. Such a stupid comment just say you don't like Vick or the Eagles because fans root for their team they don't tear down everything they do. You are not a Eagle's fan just another troll and hater looking for attention.
