The Eagles have not provided an update on wide receiver Jeremy Maclin's condition today, but general manager Howie Roseman said he expects Maclin will be back in town when the team returns to NovaCare this weekend.

“We totally anticipate Jeremy being part of our football team," Roseman said an interview on 97.5 The Fanatic. "We anticipate him being back here shortly, with us when we get back to Nova Care.”

Roseman said there was nothing to report at this point, but added, "Hopefully we'll have an update for you guys shortly."

Maclin's brother, Andre, told the Sporting News that his brother was "fine" and that an update would come today. He said he could not reveal details because "they have us under a gag order."

In his news conference earlier, coach Andy Reid said, when asked about the timeframe for an update,  “Today, right? Well possibly today. We haven’t finished today, I don’t think. We have a few hours.”

"We’re still waiting on some tests to come in and we’ll able to give you that information," Reid said. "When we get it, we’ll get it to you and let you know."

Maclin has been in St. Louis getting tests for an undisclosed illness that has sidelined him for all of training camp.
