A random sampling of news and notes from the early arrivals at Lehigh:

* The Eagles have signed eight draftees, Jaiquawn Jarrett included, but not Danny Watkins.

Joe Panos, Watkins' agent, says  "Nothing's imminent, but we're working on it."

The eight draftees have agreed to 4-year deals. The other two remaining unsigned picks are linebacker Greg Lloyd, from UConn, and fullback Stanley Havili, from USC. Both were taken in the seventh round.

The eight are expected at practice tomorrow.

Third-rounder Curtis Marsh tweeted that he "Officially signed on as an Eagle."

* Mike Vick says he knows what's going on with DeSean Jackson, but "can't share that information right now." Aw, come on Mike.

* Cornerback Nate Allen says his knee is 90-95 percent, but he wants to have confidence in how it will hold up  before he practices. He noted that he is confident that he will be ready for the season opener against St. Louis.

* The Stew Bradley mystery might be clearing. St. Louis Post Dispatch reports the Rams are interested. The Eagles are probably not psyched for a bidding war over Bradley. Bradley's agent and the Eagles spoke yesterday.

* Note to Eagles: tomorrow not good for me for a Kolb trade. Too much going on. Wrap it up tonight. I'll write a much better story.

* Sav Rocca's agent, Kristen Kuliga, says the Eagles have not told her or Sav that they're moving on. The team did sign Ray Guy Award winner Chaz Henry from Florida as an undrafted free agent.

* According to reports, the Eagles and Lions are among the hottest in pursuit of linebacker Stephen Tulloch.

* Winston Justice, the Eagles' player rep, says players being given union cards to sign as they check in.

* Justice also said that he doesnt know if he's still the starter. He said his his knee is day to day. Sounds like he won't be practicing right away.

* With Matt Hasselbeck agreeing to a deal with the Titans, the Cardinals' search is likely down to Kolb, Kyle Orton or Marc Bulger. "Bulger in the Cardinals pic, probably standing in the back," reports Kent Somers, of the Arizona Republic.
